I have just completed my first order with you, I must say that you truly improve customer service standards. Online shopping risks, shoes business - once you place an order, you have to wait for their arrival, and then possibility is that the shoes would not be very cute / very comfortable / fairly in all, which, yes, is to create your sample, they , and then you have to pay for their removal. You have successfully removed all of the obstacles - the customer reviews are very helpful, the shoes arrive via free next-day shipping, the shoes are exactly as they are represented on the website and if I don't like them, I have up to a full year to return to their ship, in your hands.

Just want to compliment you on a very good experience shopping through your website. Just wanted to say how awesome your site/business is. Ordering shoes online is difficult because you can't always tell the exact color/texture/quality from a picture. Your FAST shipping and AWESOME return process kicks butt beyond most internet stores.
